Take clear photos of the damaged fruit and the original packaging immediately upon arrival to help us process your claim.

Our quality assurance team will review your request within 1 business day to determine the best resolution for your specific case.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
